In 1996, Kar-San expanded our operations to the northeast NC area. In 2000, we acquired a building originally built in the 1940's on Hwy 17 and remodeled it to be our new home office. The charm of the atrium was left intact and houses an indoor waterfall/pond along with some beautiful landscaping.
Our office is located at 1151 US Highway 17 South in Elizabeth City and is overseen by our husband and wife team, Chad & Shelly Burden. While Chad oversees all internal office managing and home print drafting, Shelly is our on-site Realtor and color selection coordinator.
For over 25 years Steve Parsons has been our on-site superintendent. He oversees all North Carolina building operations.
